Camps Are Keeping It Cúl This Summer

Coach Simon Lambert takes shelter at the Cúl Camp

Not even the rain earlier in the week could dampen the enthusiasm of the 230-plus children who are taking part in Ranelagh Gaels’ Cúl Camp at Alexandra College.

This is the biggest summer camp we have ever held and thankfully the weather picked up, allowing the boys and girls to enjoy the fun of learning the skills of Gaelic Games.

The camp runs from Monday to Friday and is the perfect way for children to wind down their summer before they get back to school.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make this possible – organisers, coaches, volunteers, Alexandra College, parents and, of course, children. It’s much appreciated!

  1. Hi,

My 2 daughters attending the Cúl camp at Alexandra College last summer and really enjoyed it. I was just wondering if that is taking place again this year? I can’t see it listed on the Kellogs Cúl Camp site (www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie)

    Catriona.
